Thank you, we are delighted that you are considering us for your catering requirements.

 

All catering is custom made to order, whether you need to feed a group of 10, 50 or a few hundred, we’ve got you covered! We can cater for as little or as much as your event requires. If you wish we can also help you with your menu planning? Not sure about quantities? No worries! We are more than happy to advise you based on guest numbers.

 

We take pride in the food we deliver. We bake our products on site using the finest, freshest and top quality local produce and ingredients in our bread, cakes and pies -all of which are then freshly made from scratch and baked in our bake house.

 

Please remember that the more time you book ahead the more options you have but we also offer a last minute same day service available (Limited variety).

“Fresh is Best” we highly recommend ordering for the day you require the product.

 

Donuts are recommended to be consumed the day of order and are best kept at room temperature and are not to be stored in direct sunlight, in a hot place, in a fridge or cold place (e.g. close to an air conditioner or heater); Unless they have fresh cream or custard in the middle, then they must be kept in the fridge. Icing will run if not kept at the correct temperature for a long period of time.

 

Tailem Bend Bakery is not responsible if products are damaged after they have been delivered or picked up.

 

All products are baked/made fresh, packaged and then stored appropriately until delivery or pickup. All products must be kept at either room temperature, refrigerated (below 4 degrees) or kept hot (above 60 degrees) as per individual product for Food Safety. All cold and or hot products should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery/pickup or be returned to refrigeration or oven to ensure safe food practices.

 

*Edible flowers are an additional cost and are usually $5-10 per punnet, which we don’t know until we order them from our supplier. We cannot choose what type of flowers or what colours we get, it’s just what is available from our supplier at that time of year. If the weather is really hot or really cold flowers may not be available or may cost more.

We design the catering with you. We base the quantities on the number of people you are catering for. An easy option is to tell us how many people you have to cater for, what event you are catering for, kind of budget you have and we will customise your order with you. We create your catering on our recommended quantities per person.

  • Ordering

    Phone us on 08 8572 3603 or call in and talk to one of our friendly staff members.
    Orders required at least 2 business days in advance, more for large orders.

  • Presentation

    Catering is presented in disposable catering boxes or reusable catering trays on request.

  • Last Minute Orders

    We will do everything we can to help with your requirements but have limited options for last minute orders.

  • Special Dietary Requirements

    We do our best and have options to accommodate for; vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free.

  • Cancellation

    Any cancellation must be received 2 business days prior to the order day (platters only), all other orders will be advised upon ordering. A cancellation voids your deposit and a non pick up fee may apply.

  • Pickup & Delivery

    Pickup time and day must be in trading hours. Large order may not be available for pickup or delivery first thing in the morning. Some delivery options are available, if required please discuss upon ordering.

    We aim to deliver on time, however when ordering hot food please allow a fifteen minute window.

  • Return

    All catering trays, cake boards and or crates must be returned within 5 days of your catering unless prior arrangements are made. Failure to return will result in an invoice being issued.

  • Pricing & Payment

    Pricing will be determined once knowing specifications. All orders must be paid before the order date. Payment options include cash, EFTPOS or EFT beforehand.
